Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling. Here at Positive ID we are proud to announce that we completely revamped their labelling process. We now supply them with 70,000 labels a year for them to use on their desktop printer system.

Previously, they were only able to pre-order 500 labels of one type at a time from their supplier. They were pre-cut to singles with all data already printed and the backing paper was cut into 4 pieces and took quite a lot of time to peel the label off and stick it on the product package. Also, they had no control of their labels or ingredients printed and many stickers were unused because of expired “Use By” dates. Furthermore, they had no ability to sell new products in small amounts because of the minimum order quantity.

Therefore, we introduced our desktop printer system to them. We now pre-print their labels with only the logo and contact info of the company which gives them the freedom and ability to control the ingredients list and Use By dates. Freezeland are especially pleased with the new labels as they are 40% cheaper to buy and they can now easily sell new products in small quantities. Here at PID, we supply their labels in rolls, so it reduces the time of applying them on the product. Now they are in control of their own labelling, can meet trading agency standards on demand and save money and time that could be spent on improving their business and numerous customer relationships.
