Positive ID Labelling have been manufacturing Car Shampoo Labels for over 20 years. PID is a family run business with dedicated, highly skilled staff able to make your labels to specification.
To make your labels, we need to know what kind of material, adhesive, size and quantity you need. These factors all have an impact on the price you pay for your chemical labels and car shampoo labels.
We can make labels in a vast range of sizes up to 330mm wide and 300mm+ long – size is a major factor in cost. We can print your labels on a range of plasticised or paper-based materials in a range of base colours and finishes. Ordering Car Shampoo Labels in high volumes will reduce cost but we can supply smaller volumes at extremely competitive prices thanks to our digital capability. After over 20 years manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality service and products. Our printing equipment includes the latest flexographic and digital presses – we have invested over £600,000 in new equipment between 2015-2017. With our experience, we will determine the most cost-effective method of production based on your label specification.
Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Car Shampoo Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates or cutting tools. Digital label printing means no delays in getting tooling unlike flexographic labels. Savings in time and money are passed onto you as our customer.
Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers not on a rotary metal cutter. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. Cutting labels this way means no tooling costs and you can have any shape we can draw in the computer! You can see a video of the die station cutting labels here.
For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method, despite initial tooling costs. For simpler work, we would recommend using our Edale 3 colour water based ink printing press. We can make plates for this press in house at very low cost. If you require a more comprehensive, photo-like finish for your labels, our new MPS 8 colour UV printing press is ideal. Coming into operation in April 2018, the MPS allows us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
