What we can do for you.

For over 20 years, Positive ID Labels have been manufacturing Chemical Warning Labels. Positive ID Labels will produce your labels to order on our state of the art label printing and finishing equipment.

Chemical Warning Labels prices depend on a number of factors including quantity, material and design. The price you will pay for your labels will depend on many options so we have to quote you based on your exact specification. You can find out more about ordering labels for the first time here.

We have a vast range of cutters and also digital die cutting equipment, so any shape or size label is possible. We can print your labels on a range of materials and can advise you on what materials to used based on your needs. To affect the unit price of your Chemical Warning Labels, ordering high volumes is the best way to reduce costs. If you would prefer us to call you, fill in the form below and we will call you back within the hour (office hours only).

With years and years of experience, we can manufacture your Chemical Warning Labels to the highest standards. We manufacture chemical labels using flexographic printing or where appropriate, modern digital printing. Shorter runs lend themselves to digital printing but longer runs (over 20,000 labels for example) are cheaper when made flexographically.

Digitally printed Chemical Warning Labels

Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Chemical Warning Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital printing is like using a computer and desktop printer – just bigger, better and faster. As an industrial grade printer should be.

Our digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station allowing any shape or size label to be made in the production process. The benefit of this is no delays in tooling and we can cut labels to any shape. There is no restriction on label lengths or gaps as would be the case with rotary cutting equipment. Unlike flexo, digital also means no costs incurred if you want to change your label designs or shape between orders.

Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. It reduces unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. If you require a more comprehensive, photo-like finish for your labels, our new MPS 350 8-colour UV printing press is ideal. The MPS is a new printing press that became operational in April 2018. Costing over £330,000, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!
