We can make labels to virtually any shape or size. We already have hundreds of cutters and our digital equipment is completely versatile.
We offer a range of materials, from plain papers, plastics and metallics through to high-grade vellums and ‘exotics’ for whatever specialised need you may have. Ordering Pesticide Labels in high volumes will reduce cost but we can supply smaller volumes at extremely competitive prices thanks to our digital capability. To get a quick idea of pricing, fill in the form below and we will call you asap!
Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Pesticide Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. We will use our expertise to determine the best manufacturing options available to minimise your costs.
Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Pesticide Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. Digital printing allows us to print your labels direct from the computer in much the same way as you can print on a desktop computer – without any delays. The UV inks are resiliant, durable and really pop with excellent saturation and “pop”.
Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers – not on a rotary metal cutter. As a result of having no tooling requirements, there are no lead times which would be the case with flexographic printing. Changing label designs between print runs is easy so you can do special labels or change products with ease and without cost.
If you require higher volumes of labels, you can take advantage of our flexographic printing presses. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our 3 colour, water-based Edale. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 350 UV press. Coming into operation in April 2018, the MPS will allow us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
