We can make labels in a vast range of sizes up to 330mm wide and 300mm+ long – size is a major factor in cost as the bigger the label, the more material we use. The material you choose for your labels can impact price too as different materials cost different amounts. To affect the unit price of you Bodywash Labels, ordering high volumes is the best way to reduce costs. Please use the contact form below to start your enquiry or phone us and we can prepare a price for you.
After over 20 years manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality Bodywash Labels. We can manufacture labels using traditional flexographic printing methods or modern UV inkjet digital printing. We will advise you of the best printing method based on costing your job on volume and specification (that is why we cannot sell directly through the website).
Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Bodywash Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital printing allows us to print your labels direct from the computer in much the same way as you can print on a desktop computer – without any delays. Our digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station allowing any shape or size label to be made in the production process. Without the need for printing plates or rotary dies, lead time delays and tooling cost savings can be passed on to you. Changing label designs between print runs is easy so you can do special labels or change products with ease and without cost.
Flexographic printing comes into its own when printing high volumes of labels. Faster printing means lower unit prices. Simple label designs can be completed on our Rotopress 6 colour water-based press. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 350 8 colour UV capable press. Coming into operation in April 2018, the MPS allows us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
