Bottle labels need to meet your lawful requirements and more importantly, sell your product. Without high-quality labels, your product will look unappealing to potential purchasers in today’s busy retail environment. Assure your sales success by having your labels printed using the latest technologies to add impact and allure to your products.
Did you know 80-90% of a consumer’s decision to buy a product is based on its appearance? Our bottle labels will deliver the premium feel and look that will have your products flying off the shelves.
We have a range of materials to choose from. The material we use will have a big impact on how your consumers view your product. We recommend using waterproof materials as most bottle labels are on products with a fluid in them.
You can choose from white, silver or clear polypropylene (PP). White does what it suggests it will do. Silver metallic PP can be printed over with colour to give a gold, bronze or coloured metallic finish in virtually any colour. Coupled with white printing, your labels can be made to look embellished with foil to make your bottle labels “snap”.
Clear PP can be printed with white inks and then overprinted with colour (or left white). The effect is to make your bottles look as if they have been screen printed. Whichever type of printing and material technique we use, you can be assured your product will look its best. High-quality finish will allow you to charge higher prices and make better margins. What’s more, attractive and professionally finished labels will ensure better sales as consumers become mesmerized by your product – made all the more attractive on the shelf by our work.
Digital printing is done inline so we start with feedstock and your finished rolls of labels come off the other end of the machine, straight into a box for delivery to you. We can make adjustments in your artwork files or change the shape of the label being cut at the drop of a hat.
The digital press uses UV inkjet technology and a laser cutting station. You do not have to concern yourself with plate charges or tooling to cut your labels. The machine does everything in one go – at 20 metres of material per minute!
Flexographic printing uses printing plates and rotary cutters to print and cut your labels. The finished printed material is then taken to a re-winding machine to place on rolls for delivery. This process is ideal if you need a big order completing as the larger the order, the more cost-effective it becomes. Unit prices for each label are reduced because we can print up to 120 metres of material per minute.
Our MPS-350 8 colour flexo press can handle 8 colours. Colours can be replaced with varnishes or foil too so high impact professional and high-end labels are a snap.
