For Meat Labels, you want someone who can make them well – that’s us with over 20 years experience! A family run business driven by quality and value, we are big enough to deliver and small enough to care when supply all, kinds of butchery labels.
The cost of manufacturing Meat Labels varies considerably based on a number of factors that make up your specification. The price you will pay for your labels will depend on many options so we have to quote you based on your exact specification.
We have over 400 cutters and can manufacture labels in a range of sizes up to 330mm wide and over 300mm long. Our digital press can cut labels to any shape or size within its limits. We offer a range of hundreds of materials, from plain papers, plastics and metallics through to high-grade vellums and ‘exotics’. The more Meat Labels you order will reduce the unit price and we recommend you do this to minimise costs. Please use the contact form below to start your enquiry or phone us and we can prepare a price for you.
Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Meat Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. We will advise you of the best printing method based on costing your job on volume and specification (that is why we cannot sell directly through the website).
We have a Jetrion 4900 digital printing press capable of making full colour Meat Labels without printing plates or cutters. If we make labels using our digital press, the costs and time delays associated with printing plates and cutters are avoided and savings passed to you. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. Cutting labels this way means no tooling costs and you can have any shape we can draw on the computer!
For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method, despite initial tooling costs. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our 6 colour, water based Rotopress. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 350 UV capable press. The MPS is a new addition, costing over £330,000 and capable of printing at over 100 metres per minute, reducing production time and cost.
