We can make labels to virtually any shape or size. We already have hundreds of cutters and our digital equipment is completely versatile. Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Chemist Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. We will advise you of the best printing method based on costing your job on volume and specification (that is why we cannot sell directly through the website).
We have some of the best digital equipment available in the UK at your disposal. Printing Chemist Labels on our Jetrion 4900 UV inkjet means full colour labels with no plate charges. Digital printing is little different from using a computer and desktop printer – just bigger, better and faster. As an industrial grade printer should be. The digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station. This means we can cut any shaped or sized label without the delay or cost of flexible dies. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. If you want to change your labels for your next order, we can just re-draw them and off we go!
Flexographic printing comes into its own when printing high volumes of labels. Faster printing means lower unit prices. Simple label designs can be completed on our Edale Alpha 3 colour water based press. For photo-like reproduction, our new MPS 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. The MPS is a brand new printing press that became operational in April 2018. Costing over £330,000, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!
