Our digital press uses UV inkjet technology to print perfect vape labels full of vibrancy and colour. This is ideal to catch your customer’s eye and boost your sales.
We manufacture all of our labels on a range of materials including white polypropylene, clear polypropylene or metallic polypropylene.
Laying down colour over metallic materials allows for beautiful coloured metal-effect labels. Your imagination can run wild with your label designs! The printing process can include the use of white ink where required. This means you with innovative graphic design to make the most striking labels on the market.
Polypropylene material is extremely resistant to solvents and other chemical attacks. Because of this, it is ideal for vape fluid and e-cig labels where durability is important. This means that your e-cig labels will maintain their colour and impact in virtually any working environment. Fluids spilt on the labels will not discolour or fade their vibrancy in any way.
You can supply artwork to us (ideally using our artwork guidelines) and we will prepare and print your labels as soon as we have agreed with you the final design shape and size of your label. Alternatively, you can provide us with a design specification and we will design your labels for you utilising our in-house design team.
Our digital press includes a laser die cutting station. Unlike flexographic printers, the laser die cutting station can cut any shape label that we can draw. This means that your packaging can have vape labels that fit perfectly around any shape or contour, maximising impact. There are no restrictions caused by the physical constraints of normal rotary cutters.
Using a combination of clever design techniques, we can print e-cigarette fluid labels of striking quality. This gives you an advantage of a more attractive product, ensuring your customer’s eye is caught. Metallic finishes and embellishments are easily achieved at a fraction of the cost of traditional printing processes. This means you will improve your sales!
Having 30 or 40 full colour labels with different designs means flexographic printing is not really an option because the tooling costs would be prohibitive.
Our digital laser press is ideally suited for the mass production of vape labels in a variety of flavours because it has no tooling costs. So if you sell 10ml bottles in a range of flavours, using a common size will let us prepare multiple labels in a single production run to suit a brand, new product line or promotion you are running. Our software allows us to step and repeat work in-line and queue each job together, speeding up production time and reducing costs to you. We will quote your order based on the total number of labels, not design by design.
