We can make labels in a vast range of sizes up to 330mm wide and 300mm+ long – size is a major factor in cost. We offer a range of hundreds of materials, from plain papers, plastics and metallics through to high-grade vellums and ‘exotics’. After over 20 years manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality PAT Testing Labels. We manufacture certification labels using flexographic printing or where appropriate, modern digital printing. Digital is ideal for shorter runs up to 20,000 labels in general (depending on size of course!). Longer runs are best done on traditional flexo presses to get a better unit price.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you PAT Test Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Our digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station allowing any shape or size label to be made in the production process. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. Unlike flexo, digital also means no costs incurred if you want to change your label designs or shape between orders.

For high volume label orders, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our 3 colour, water-based Edale. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new MPS 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds and 8 colour stations. Coming into operation April 2018, the MPS allows us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
