We can print your labels on a range of plasticised or paper based materials in a range of base colours and finishes. Ordering Vape and E-Liquid Bottle Labels in high volumes will reduce cost but we can supply smaller volumes at extremely competitive prices thanks to our digital capability.

We are dedicated to making E-Liquid Bottle Labels to the highest possible standards with quality materials. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. Shorter runs lend themselves to digital printing but longer runs (over 20,000 labels for example) are cheaper when made flexographically.

We have a Jetrion 4900 digital printing press capable of making full colour E-Liquid Bottle Labels without printing plates or cutters. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Our Jetrion 4900 digital press has a laser die cutting station and uses high power lasers to cut the label shape from our feed stock material. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. The digital process means changes can be made easily in artwork on the computer and incorporated the next time we press the print button!

For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost effective method, despite initial tooling costs. Simple label designs can be completed on our Rotopress 6 colour water based press. For full colour photo quality labels, our UV ink Etirama printing press is the equipment we use. The Etirama is a new addition, costing over £330,000 and capable of printing at over 100 metres per minute, reducing production time and cost.
