After over 20 years manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality Hazard Labels. We can manufacture labels using traditional flexographic printing methods or modern UV inkjet digital printing. We will use our expertise to determine the best manufacturing options available to minimise your costs.
Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Hazard Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. Digital printing is little different from using a computer and desktop printer – just bigger, better and faster. As an industrial grade printer should be. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. If you want to change your labels for your next order, we can just re-draw them and off we go!
Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. It reduces unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an Etirama 350 water based and UV capable press. Coming into operation this April 2017, the Etirama will allow us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
