We stock Open Data S10 Pricing Guns in-house and can supply them individually or in bulk. We make labels for these label guns using high-quality papers and plastics depending on the use you specify. We manufacture labels in-house on our range of Mark Andy printing presses to work in your pricing guns.
You can call us directly on 01332 864895 to discuss your needs and place your order. Labels for your Open Data S10 Date Pricing Guns will need the correct adhesive for the task required so you may want to discuss that with us. More often than not, permanent (also known as universal) adhesive should do the trick.
With the right labels in your labelling gun, the operation could not be simpler. Once loaded, set the digits to appear on your label by pulling the dial crown out and dialling in the right code. Now, this is a little different from other pricing guns as the Open S10 Date coder has a complete set of alphanumeric characters. To fit these on, the letter you dial in is different from the letter that appears on the label. This is indicated on the pricing gun with a sticker on the print head.
Once you have arranged the prinitng characters, hold the handle and lever and squeeze to print and eject a label on one action.
Making contact with the item being labelled and rolling the label roller at the mouth of the gun over the item affixes the label. Training takes about 30 seconds! Loading new stock labels could not be simpler either. Feed labels are held on a roll holder on the top of the pricing gun. This is accessed by a pressure catch and child’s play to reload. A lever mechanism on the foot of the label gun opens the internal routing path.
The user simply feeds the labels through the (obvious) routing path and closes the sole plate back up.
