So you want some Thermal Labels? Well you’re in the right place. We have been making them for over 20 years! A family run business driven by quality and value, we are big enough to deliver and small enough to care.
Material, design, adhesives and quantities will have an impact on the cost of your Thermal Labels. The price you will pay for your labels will depend on many options so we have to quote you based on your exact specification.
We can make labels to virtually any shape or size. We already have hundreds of cutters and our digital equipment is completely versatile. The material you choose for your labels can impact price too, as can the adhesive. Unit prices for you Thermal Labels will fall with the volume fo labels you order. Please use the contact form below to start your enquiry or phone us and we can prepare a price for you.
Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Thermal Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing and converting equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. We will advise you of the best printing method based on costing your job on volume and specification (that is why we cannot sell directly through the website).
Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Thermal Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers not on a rotary metal cutter. The benefit of this is no delays in tooling and we can cut labels to any shape. There is no restriction on label lengths or gaps as would be the case with rotary cutting equipment. Cutting labels this way means no tooling costs and you can have any shape we can draw in the computer!
For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost effective method, despite initial tooling costs. For simpler work, we would recommend using our Rotopress 6 colour water based printing press. We can make plates for this press in house at very low cost. For full colour photo quality labels, our UV ink MPS printing press is the equipment we use. Coming into operation April 2018, the MPS will allow us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
