We can print your wine labels on a range of high-quality materials. Whatever subtle message you want it to convey about your product, the material you choose for your wine labels will be important in delivering that message.
Premium wine labels demand premium materials and we source high quality ridged cartridge type materials from Spain to deliver the highest quality finish possible.
Let’s face it, most people only have limited knowledge of the wines they like. To stand out from your competitions, the choice can only be made from the packaging and that wine label is pretty much your only opportunity to sell your product to the consumer.
Coupled with varnish and foil finishing, our flexographic presses can produce the highest quality labels money can buy – at a fraction of the cost of other suppliers.
Our MPS-350 flexographic printing press can produce some of the highest impact wine labels available on the market. We can print up to 8 colours for your labels. colours can be substituted out for varnish and foils. Foils are available in golds and silvers or other colours such as blues or greens. Varnishes can highlight areas and are available in matt, gloss and satin finishes.
Flexographically printed labels will require one-off set up charges for tooling the plates and the label cutters. These are on the first order only. Subsequent orders do not require any one-off tooling charges and you will benefit from a 30-day credit account when you order your labels.
Where we print your labels digitally, we use a digital file in our digital bubblejet printing press. This means there are no plate fees as the press does not use any printing plates to produce your labels. What’s more, the digital press incorporates a laser label cutting station. We don’t use a physical cutter, just a laser to burn out the shape of your labels. The technology is so fast, there are no scorch marks!
