We have manufactured billions if not trillions of labels and do so to the highest standards. We can do the same with your Was Now Labels. We will advise you of the best printing method based on costing your job on volume and specification (that is why we cannot sell directly through the website).
Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Was Now Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. Digital printing is little different from using a computer and desktop printer – just bigger, better and faster. As an industrial grade printer should be. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. The benefit of this is no delays in tooling and we can cut labels to any shape. There is no restriction on label lengths or gaps as would be the case with rotary cutting equipment. Changing label designs between print runs is easy so you can do special labels or change products with ease and without cost.
For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method, despite initial tooling costs. For simpler work, we would recommend using our Rotopress 6 colour water-based printing press. We can make plates for this press in-house at very low cost. For complex full-colour labels, we have a brand new MPS 350 8 colour UV-based ink press. This Etirama press can make high volume jobs in no time as it can run wide web material at over 100 metres per minute!
