Sandwich Labelling Bundle Sale – 300th Sale

We have been selling our sandwich labelling bundles sine 2009 and we recently made our 300th sandwich labelling bundle sale and would like to thank our customers with their continued support of this system.

June 19 2015: Here at Positive ID Labels, we are proud to offer a complete range of sandwich labelling bundles to cover any size of sandwich labelling operation. These included all the hardware (sandwich label printer) and software you need and the support and training to get you up an running.

We offer a range of sandwich labelling bundles for sale. From the basic 4 inch wide systems up to 8 inch industrial units. Print speeds from 5 to 14 inches per second are achievable. This means you can print sandwich labels in small or large volumes with huge variation in products available. You can view them in detail here.

Sandwich Labelling Bundle Software

Our sandwich labelling printers are supplied by TSC and we recommend using LabelDirect software to achieve outstanding results in terms of reliability, speed and control. Label Direct software means you can run your sandwich label printer from a desktop or laptop PC. We supply netbook computers fully configured to go out of the box so you can even have a powerful computer driving the software for additional speed and flexibility.

Our sandwich labelling system software is designed to work with LabelDirect for SOLO a variant of labelling software that means you can run your software using just a printer and a keyboard.

Sandwich Labelling Bundle Labels

Positive ID Labels is a label manufacturer. We can produce any sandwich label to any size for use in our sandwich label printers. We have a range of digital and flexographic label presses so we can produce labels in low and high volumes. Full colour is possible on our digital printer without the need for printing plates and redesigns can be completed in moments before going straight to the press.

Our Jetrion digital press comes complete with a laser die cutting system so we can trial labels before committing to tooling on high volume flexographic runs. Smaller runs are made in one manufacturing process with the laser die cutters so we can minimise production costs to you. We can also change label shapes between print runs to fit your packaging perfectly or alter it if you change packaging.

We also have a Screen TrueJet press that can roduce your feedstock labels at up to 50m/min at 600dpi resolution, reducing production costs whilst maintaining high quality print finish. If you want the very best print, we can manuafcture your sandwich labels using our Xeikon 3030 press at 1200dpi, using a wide range of paper materials for you to use in conjunction with preinter ribbons.

Positive are proud to include in the sandwich labelling bundles a range of software to make your sandwich labelling process easier:

• Nutrudata Nutrition, Ingredient and Alergen data preparation software – to meet Natasha’s Law and EU FIC regulations
• Label Direct Labelling software to build and design your labels
• Label Data – an Android based software solution to allow you to print over your local network with any Android device.
