For over 20 years, Positive ID Labelling have been manufacturing Safety Test Labels such as PAT Test Labels. A family run business driven by quality and value, we are big enough to deliver and small enough to care.
If you have any uncertainty, it is best to talk to us and let us guide you to use the most appropriate material for your Safety Test Labels based on how they will be used. We have a vast range of cutters and also digital die cutting equipment, so any shape or size label is possible. The material you choose for your labels can impact price too, as can the adhesive. Unit prices for your Safety Test Labels will fall with the volume fo labels you order.
Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Safety Test Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. Shorter runs lend themselves to digital printing but longer runs (over 20,000 labels for example) are cheaper when made flexographically.
Safety Test Labels can be printed on our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press. Using UV inkjet technology, there are no printing plates despite being a full-colour press.
If we make your labels using our digital press, the costs and time delays associated with printing plates and cutters are avoided and the savings passed to you.
Our digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station allowing any shape or size label to be made in the production process. The digital process means changes can be made easily in your artwork on the computer and incorporated the next time we press the print button!
For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method, despite initial tooling costs. This is because we can produce labels very quickly using this process.
We have a 3 colour Edale printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For photo-like reproduction, our new MPS 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. This MPS press can make high volume jobs in no time as it can run wide web material at over 100 metres per minute! The quality of the output is fantastic too!
