We are dedicated to making Fertilizer Labels to the highest possible standards with quality materials. Our printing equipment includes the latest flexographic and digital presses – we have invested over £600,000 in new equipment in 2015-2017. We will advise you of the best printing method based on costing your job on volume and specification (that is why we cannot sell directly through the website).
Digital Chemical Labels
We have a Jetrion 4900 digital printing press capable of making full colour Fertilizer Labels without printing plates or cutters. If we make labels using our digital press, the costs and time delays associated with printing plates and cutters are avoided and savings passed to you!
Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers no on a rotary metal cutter. As a result of having no tooling requirements, there are no lead times which would be the case with flexographic printing. Cutting labels this way means no tooling costs and you can have any shape we can draw in the computer!
Flexographic Fertiliser Labels
For high volumes of labels, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. Our 3 colour Edale Alpha is suitable for a wide range of water-based ink work where artwork is simpler in its nature. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 350 8 colour UV capable press. This MPS press can make high volume jobs in no time as it can run wide web material at over 100 metres per minute!
