We have a range of materials to choose from: Clear polypropylene will give the appearance your text and graphics are printed directly onto the bottle. Metallic materials can give your labels a striking shine and look of lustre. Alternatively, ridged papers can be used to give the “olde worlde” finish.
We can help you decide on finish if you are unsure and advise on delivering a quality finish to give you product that je ne sais quoi that will attract customers and boost your sales.
Our digital press lets you benefit from the latest technology. Digital bubble jet technology means there are no printing plates and designs can be changed in a heartbeat on the computer. Digital printing also delivers colour fast text and graphic impervious to damage from sunlight or chemicals.
Our digital press includes a laser cutting station. We put a mater roll of feedstock material on one end, print the labels and cut any shape you desire using lasers. The printed material then has the waste material removed and they are wound onto rolls and put in a box ready for delivery.
The process is completely “inline”. This means we can print your labels quickly and easily, saving you the cost of plates and cutter tooling. These savings are passed onto you so short runs of a few hundred labels can be made at super-competitive prices.
