    We have over 400 cutters and can manufacture labels in a range of sizes up to 330mm wide and over 300mm long. Our digital press can cut labels to any shape or size within its limits.     After over 20 years manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality Bakery Labels. We can manufacture labels using traditional flexographic printing methods or modern UV inkjet digital printing. We will use our expertise to determine the best manufacturing options available to minimise your costs.

    Bakery Labels can be printed on our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press. Using UV inkjet technology, there are no printing plates despite being a full-colour press. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. Unlike flexo, digital also means no costs incurred if you want to change your label designs or shape between orders.

    For high volumes label orders, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. Simple label designs can be completed on our Rotopress 6 colour water-based press. For full-colour photo quality labels, our UV ink MPS printing press is the equipment we use. The MPS is a brand new printing press that became operational in April 2018. Costing over £330,000, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!
