Scale labels work using direct thermal printing technology. This is used throughout the retail sector for till receipts and other labelling needs. We can supply your labels using economy or premium direct thermal paper, to suit your budget!

We can produce your scale labels using a range of printing equipment in our factory, with a 99% success rate on delivering on time . For simple work, we can use our Edale flexographic press to print in up to three colours. If you need a full-colour label with photo quality production, we can provide you with labels made on our 8 colour MPS printing press.

All our printing equipment produce high quality finished labels. The MPS press uses UV (ultraviolet) cured inks that give real “snap” and vibrancy to your labels.

We can also do short runs of scale labels using our digital printing press. This is a full CMYK printing press that uses lasers to cut the shape of your label. There are no tooling charges for printing plates or cutting equipment for digital labels.

• We supply a range of standard sizes (see below) ex. stock.
• We can supply standard sizes with pre-printed template boxes to work seamlessly with your pre-programmed scale formats.
• Bespoke, company-specific labels available in any design you want, including your trading details and branding.
• Simple one or two colour labels or full colour is available – whatever you want, we can make.
• Order quantities can be low for stock plain, un-branded labels. Bespoke printed labels are available in quantities from 10,000 labels per order.
