After over 20 years manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality Cheese Labels. We manufacture using flexographic printing or where appropriate, modern digital printing. Shorter runs lend themselves to digital printing but longer runs (over 20,000 labels for example) are cheaper when made flexographically.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Cheese Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. If we make labels using our digital press, the costs and time delays associated with printing plates and cutters are avoided and savings passed to you. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. If you want to change your labels for your next order, we can just re-draw them and off we go!

For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method, despite initial tooling costs. For simpler work, we would recommend using our Rotopress 6 colour water-based printing press. We can make plates for this press in-house at very low cost. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new MPS 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. The Etirama is a new printing press that became operational in April 2018. Costing over £330,000, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!

Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling.
