We can print your labels on a range of materials and can advise you on what materials to used based on your needs. Unit prices for you Pickle Labels will fall with the volume fo labels you order.

Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Pickle Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We have digital and flexographic label printing presses to make your labels in spot or full “CMYK” colour. Digital is ideal for shorter runs up to 20,000 labels in general (depending on size of course!). Longer runs are best done on traditional flexo presses to get a better unit price.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Pickle Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital printing allows us to print your labels direct from the computer in much the same way as you can print on a desktop computer – without any delays. The digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station. This means we can cut any shaped or sized label without the delay or cost of flexible dies. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. If you want to change your labels for your next order, we can just re-draw them and off we go!

For high volumes of label, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new MPS 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. The MPS is a brand new printing press that became operational in April 2017. Costing over £330,000, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!
