    How we can help

    Positive ID Labels produce plain labels for a vast array of industries and applications. Our manufacturing facility utilises the latest in plain label die cutting technology. The equipment range includes equipment that is able to produce small quantities of plain labels cost-effectively. Our larger machines have the benefit of 1m unwinds and turret rewinding to reduce cost to our clients by removing much of the labour element in plain label production.

    We work with the leading paper manufacturers throughout Europe and produce direct thermal plain labels and non-thermal plain labels or tags with a wide range material and adhesives.

    Our team of experts who have the technical expertise to ensure that you identify the correct material type and adhesive to match your application. From our range of paper and synthetic face materials, we can suggest suitable direct thermal or thermal transfer print options to suit most applications. Label stocks have various adhesive technologies ensuring our plain labels perform in a wide range of environments. From simple box end product and pallet labelling applications, to removable labels, deep freeze applications and water-soluble labelling to name just a few.

    We currently have close to 1,000 standard cutters from our extensive library and also have many non-standard shapes and sizes. However, if we do not have a cutter we can offer a cutter bespoke to your size and application.

    We have a flexographic label printing department and can produce plain labels that are colour washed or colour tinted and also back mark labels.

    We manufacture a full range of thermal plain labels for desktop thermal label printers with a maximum roll diameter of 127mm (5″) on 25mm (1″) or 38mm (1.5″) cores. We also supply thermal labels on 76mm (3″) cores for industrial label printers and label application on production lines and larger scale industrial applications.

    We manufacture labels for end users and trade customers. For trade customer, we can ship under plain wrap with your paperwork, branded to your business.
