Danro Pricing Guns use specific Danro Ink Rollers depending on the model of Danro Price Gun. We supply Ink Rollers for Danro 2616 pricing guns. The Danro 2616 (or Danro 2616-1010) model pricing gun uses a 23mm ink roller.
If you are in any doubt about which ink roller you should buy, please call us so we can select the correct ink roller for you.
To fit the ink roller we recommend wearing nitrile or latex gloves to keep ink off your fingers then follow these simple steps:
The Danro Price Gun ink roller is a foam cylinder soaked in a viscous UV resistant ink. When the user presses the lever of the price gun, the ink roller rotates as the print head moves across the face of the ink roller. This applies a thin layer of ink to the characters on the print head bands prior to the impression on the label.
The design of the ink roller for Danro 2616-1010 pricing guns means that the ink roller dispenses a little ink on the print head bands every time a label is used. As a result of this process, the output of the price gun should mean the labels are uniform in presentation at all times until the ink roller is exhausted.
Each ink roller should last for around 15,000 impressions before the print output deteriorates.
