    • We will apply a 10% discount to your next order
    • We will apply a 10% discount off your referee’s first order
  • If you refer multiple customers, you can use one 10% discount per future order
  • Restrictions apply

Restrictions and Limitations

Identity and eligibility controls:

  • New customer must be a genuinely new business entity (not just a new contact at an existing customer)
  • Referrer must have completed at least one paid order before they can refer
  • Referrer must be in good standing (no outstanding payments)
  • One referral discount per referred customer (they can’t be “referred” multiple times)

Timing and order restrictions:

  • Referrer’s discount valid for 6 months from successful referral (when referee’s first paid order completes) – place your next order within 6 months for your discount to be applied
  • There is no limit on number of referrals you can make
  • Minimum new customer order value to qualify for discount is £400 (+VAT)
  • Discount applied before VAT and carriage charges
  • Referrer’s discount cannot exceed the total value of the referee’s first order

Abuse prevention:

  • Cannot refer businesses at the same address/company registration
  • Only one discount can be applied per order (discounts cannot be stacked)
  • Discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers
  • Discount cannot be redeemed for cash

Operational safeguards:

  • Referred customer’s discount only applies after their account is verified and first order is paid
  • Referrer’s discount only applies after the referred customer’s first order is completed and paid
  • We reserve the right to void discounts if fraud/abuse is suspected
