Success for Samsi

Sushi Labels are imperative for SAMSI which has been trading for 21 years. Specialising in Japanese cuisine and foodstuffs, both fish based and vegetable based sushi is on the menu!

Samsi began as an award-winning restaurant, which quickly expanded into four different cities in the North West of England. Samsi also have a large Japanese supermarket which they sell a range of food including their own restaurant quality sushi meal deal. We were contacted by them who were struggling to get their labels produced efficiently by their current supplier. We were happy to step up, help them with their design and prepare their labels for production.

Samantha Gore from Samsi was particularly pleased that we met all the deadlines and she described the experience as ‘fun’ and stated that all staff from Positive ID were very friendly and happy to help.

Also, she thanked us for our patience with all the refinements she desired. It is not uncommon for customers to tweak their designs. In the case of these sushi labels, it would be fair to say their were some flipping alterations! Not that we mind – it was all part fo the service.
