Our schedule for Positive ID Labels Trade Shows Spring 2017 allows us to demonstrate our product range covering all aspects of printing and packaging. We can print full-colour short run digital labels in any shape or size using our Jetrion 4900 Digital printing press and laser die cutting system. This allows customers to buy short runs of labels, ideal for companies offering a range of similar goods in variation, such as jams or chutneys.
The press is ideally suited to beer label production and we are a preferred partner with Complete Bottling in Derby. We have now worked with the team at Complete Bottling for a couple of years and established a fantastic working relationship with them. Building this experience with them has allowed both us and them to become a much more harmonious and seamless operation for their customers.
Printing Systems
Not only do we offer fully finished food labels and product labels for industry, we can also supply part printed labels or template labels for use with thermal printing systems. Template labels can be pre-printed in full colour with your logo and other promotional information. You then use these labels in a thermal printer to print specific information for your products. This is ideal for sandwich labelling, ready meals, soups and a great many other foods. It allows flexibility of ordering just one type of label but being able to label many products.

Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling. Here at Positive ID we are proud to announce that we completely revamped their labelling process. We now supply them with 70,000 labels a year for them to use on their desktop printer system.

The result is a clearly read label giving all the details necessary. Jackie Harris, Technical Manager at Plants Plus explained that Positive ID Labels labelling solution has speeded up the labelling operation by more than 50%, with a significant cost saving. “It’s ideal for our business,” she said.

Orexis Fresh Foods Ltd is a family run Food Manufacturing Company specializing in ethnic dips, Mexican dips, luxury salads and sandwich fillings. Orexis Ltd approached Positive ID for a simple cost effective way to apply a “Best Before” and “Batch Number” to a range of their products.
The answer was to use a two line-labelling gun. George Katsaros from Orexis said “we have been using Positive ID for 3 years now and they initially advised us correctly about the right products to use and have been well pleased and served by them since”.
