    Positive ID Labels can provide technical support for your Label Direct software. We have hundreds of customers running this software and have faced every problem it can throw at us. We are experts in resolving printer issues and diagnosing faults.

    How does Free Label Direct Support sound?

    We can provide technical support free of charge with qualifying label orders. If you are in a pickle and need help, we are happy to provide support free of charge if you make a qualifying order for labels. Once you are a customer and are prepared to buy your labels from us, you can benefit from free, on-going technical support too.

    Unlike other printer system suppliers, Positive ID Labels pride ourselves on supporting our customers through thick and thin. If you buy your labels on a regular basis from us, we provide free technical support whenever you need it. How is that for peace of mind?

    Alternatively, if you just want to get up and running, we can support you for a fee of £60 + VAT. This will give you up to 90 minutes of technical support. Additional time is charged at £40 per hour thereafter. Most problems are solved in minutes though!

    Our technical support is provided with a guarantee – if we cannot fix your problem, we will refund you the support charge. No questions asked.

    Remote Label Direct Support

    We can remotely support you within minutes of being in touch. To help get the best value for money, you can install the software we need to help you before we start. We use TeamViewer remote desktop support software to fix problems on your computer. This software allows us to investigate and operate your computer anywhere in the world, from our desks in Melbourne, Derbyshire.

    Don’t worry about security. You have to tell us a unique ID number and the password to get access to your computer. The password changes every time the connection is broken too. Once we have fixed your computer, we will show you how to remove the remote control software too.

    We cannot guarantee to fix issues relating to operating system problems
    We cannot re-build databases from scratch.
    If you have lost data and it is not recoverable, we will not be able to re-build your database – but we can help you get started on the process.
