Materials and Adhesives for CT4 Batch Number Labels (26mm x 12mm)

We have a choice of materials – or as we call them, substrates, to make your CT4 Batch Number Labels from. Paper is the most common material we use. In the print industry, we call this vellum and it is just a basic paper for intents and purposes. Sometimes, customers require labels that will be subject to the elements or testing environmental conditions. Plasticised materials are superbly durable for such use.

It is possible to use fluorescent materials instead of plain white or plain coloured materials. Fluorescent materials are very striking and are charged at a slight premium (about 10%). It is important that you choose the correct adhesive for your CT4 Batch Number Labels. It may be wise to call us on 01332 864895 to discuss your requirements. Most of our labels are made with permanent or universal adhesive. This is ideal for most applications where label removal is not wanted. Peelable or removable adhesives are available too – ideal for use in gift shops or where you may want to remove a label after application. Freezer grade adhesives perform well in very cold conditions and are required if the application will be made below 0oC.

It is important to note that freezer adhesives must be applied to a dry surface to perform, otherwise a wet-pack adhesive will be required. Positive ID Labels can complete all your artwork to prepare your labels, in-house. Designing the labels are second nature to us so there is no artwork fee but a plate charge will be required for the first run of labels we make for you.Future orders will not incur any printing plate charges as we retain the printing plate for the future.

Printing plates are charged at £18 for single line labels and £25 for 2 and 3 line labels gun labels. You can complete a detailed enquiry form for Batch Number Labels by clicking here. You can call us on 01332 864895 or fill in the form below:
