Smaller vitamin label orders can be made using our digital press. Our Jetrion 4900 uses inkjet technology to print vibrant colours that help make your label striking and stand out on the shelf. The digital label press has an inline laser to cut the shape of your label. Coupled with inkjet printing, this means we can turn your order around in no time. There is no charge for printing plates or cutters – it is all done digitally.
For high end looks, we can print using a combination of white in and silver material to make your labels convey quality and allure. Colour can be printed directly onto the silver to give coloured metallic class and white ink can be printed to give the appearance of paper or to reduce sheen. Together, this printing technology allows us to make the most striking labels.
Due to the nature of digital printing, we can do small batches of labels and run multiple types as part of one order. This reduces unit cost to you and allows for quick turnaround and delivery.
For larger runs, we can manufacture labels on our MPS printing press. This requires cutters and printing plates but reduces cost massively on longer runs of labels.
We can prepare your vitamin labels from scratch for you. If you provide us with a brief, we can design your label and have it ready for the printing press in no time. No design is too complex. Feel free to send us your own label artwork and we will prepare it for production.
